Monthly Memberships are available

With one monthly fee you are entitled to participate in any and all the fitness classes we offer on our schedule.  That’s over 30 group fitness classes a week including:

• Zumba, Spinning, Boot Camp, Boxing, Circuit Training, Physioball, Express classes, Yoga, Pilates, Prenatal Yoga and Pilates, Mom and Baby fitness,  Stroller workouts, and more.
• Your fitness membership also includes unlimited use of our cardio loft and functional training center.
• Brand new strength training center and locker room!
• Our monthly memberships include discounts on workshops, seminars, playgroups (or included with mom and child monthly!), Mom’s night In, Guest speakers, discounts on massage and services like lactation support, nutrition counseling and personal training, and even a discount in our retail store!

Monthly Mom and Child membership $109 monthly

• unlimited fitness classes for mom
• a weekly child development class for their little one (any age from birth-school age)
• unlimited use of our ExploraZone Indoor Play center
• babysitting services while you are working out, getting a massage or even taking a class with another child

Monthly Mom/Women’s Fitness Membership $59 monthly

• unlimited fitness classes, any times, anyday
• unlimited use of our cardio loft, ab and stretch area, and functional training system and new strength training facililty and locker room
• access to Mom’s Night’s In, discounts on workshops, special events and more.

Non-peak Fitness membership $35 monthly

• Evenings after 5pm, midday 12-2pm, mornings from 7-8:30am and weekends
• All evening, midday and weekend classes (except for weekend spin classes).
• use of cardio loft, strength equipment and locker room
• does not include option of childcare

Monthly Child  membership $69 monthly

• includes your choice and priority registration to one development, music, or movement class per week
• unlimited play in our ExploraZone indoor play center anytime, seven days per week!
• access to center events, happenings and more.
• discounts of birthday parties, kid’s drop off programs, vacation camps and more.

Have more than one child? Don’t worry- our membership won’t break your bank
