For Any Mom

Pre/Post classes are designed with the expectant and new mom in mind. All exercises are safe and effective based on ACOG guidelines and ASCM guidelines for building strength, stamina and flexibility for your big day and beyond. Non mobile babies are always welcome and encouraged to join in! Offered: Yoga and Pilates

Zumba-is a fiery Latin and international dance class guaranteed to help you find your groove!

Zumba-lates- take Zumba and add pilates to get that midsection you are looking for (or get back!)

Spin is a stationary cycling class proven to burn calories and get a mean workout!
Ride and Rip- this spin class includes 20 minutes of core/strength work.

Boot Camp Mama is total body workout combining weight training, body weight exercises, as well as cardiovascular drills. (not recommended in third trimester or newly post partum)

EMPOWER Boxing! is a Cardio Boxing/Kickboxing class for mom who is looking to empower herself. Classes involve kickbox choreography and even some boxing gloves and mitts! (not recommended in third trimester or newly post partum)

Step Interval- traditional step aerobics with intervals of strength training make this a powerful calorie burning class!

Mama Muscle is a total body strength training class using a variety of equipment and body weight. (all are welcome, modifications given)

On the Ball workouts use the stability ball to include core strengthening while working your upper and lower body. (all welcome)

Mat Pilates classes are designed to work your core muscles, regain your midsection and provide a whole body workout. Perfect for losing that mommy middle! (not recommended in third trimester)

Vinyasa Yoga includes a flowing format of yoga poses linked to breath. (all are welcome)

Power Yoga includes longer poses and is more vigorous- no additional heat is used so that expectant mothers can still participate.

Glide and Roll – combine gliding techniques (using Gliding® Discs) and the use of a medicine ball and stability ball for a cardiovascular and strength training challenge!

Fit Mamas Move Stroller Class is for mom with baby, toddler or even preschooler in tow. Classes are currently held outdoors and include a mix of cardiovascular and strength training exercises for a total body workout.
